What you share

When you join our launch list, You Deserve Diamonds collects your email address to send you store launch and collection updates. Subscribing is optional. We also record the signup time and the consent notice version as evidence of your choice.

How we use and store it

Your email is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. Our hosting providers process information to operate this website and may process it internationally. We do not sell subscriber information or use it for unrelated marketing. We keep your email while you are subscribed and the launch list is active; we delete it when you unsubscribe or when the list is retired.

Spam prevention

To protect this form, we temporarily store a hashed network identifier and request count, rotated hourly. We do not store your raw IP address in our subscriber database. These rate-limit records expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent signup requests. Hosting providers may also process technical request logs for security.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. You can also request removal here using your subscribed email address. To correct an address, remove the old one and subscribe with the new one. This page uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Joining this list saves your subscription; it does not send a confirmation email. You will hear from us when we have launch or collection news.
